Prerequisite

On this page, you will see all your cover requests. Your cover may be on the status of Monitoring Period, Claim Declined, Claim Accepted, Payout Expired, or Please check the claim status.

  • Monitoring: Your claim has still not passed the 72 hours of monitoring time

  • Claim Declined: Your claim has already passed the 72 hours of monitoring time and the result of your claim is invalid

  • Claim Accepted: Your claim has already passed the 72 hours of monitoring time and the result of your claim is valid

  • Please check the claim status: Your claim has already passed the 72 hours of monitoring time and you did not check the result yet

  • Payout Expired: Your claim already passed the 72 hours of monitoring time and also passed the 30 days of the payout period. You cannot claim your insurance.

View claims

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Switch from “View All Covers” to “My Claim from Cover Request”

  2. You will see all of the claims that you made and the status of each of them.

    1. Monitoring Period

    2. Claim Declined

    3. Claim Accepted

    4. Please check the Claim Status!

    5. Payout Expired

  3. Click view claim if you’d like to see more detail.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. You need to authorize MetaMask to access your funds

  2. Please wait for the network to process your transaction

  3. You will get confirmation that your cover claim has been submitted to the network. Please wait until it is fully accepted.

  4. When your transaction is accepted, you will receive a notification.

This step is required if your selected devaluation time is still in the monitoring period.

Click the “Claim Check” button.
